Getting Started In Real Estate Investing
In my area, the market was not nearly as affected by the redemption of growth and decline of the mortgage sector compared to major cities across the country. Recently, however, the situation has changed. It seems that everyday I see several bank-owned property is happening in the market. These homes are very good deal, and it took me zero effort to find them. I made a proposal to the daily bank owned properties. I recently bought a property that is owned bank and traded in the market for 89,000 dollars. I suggested 80000 and closed it within ten days. The house was such a good decision that the fairness of the day I got to do it without a single repair! My intention in the house was originally purchased it, update it and resell it for profit. But after I analyzed this transaction, I realized there was a better way to make money on it. I decided to sell it as is, to make some quick cash and in advance. I have listed the property for sale at 109,000 as a “special master” is trying to attract local investors and rehabbers. I eventually get a proposal, and we settled on 102000. I closed it yesterday (5 September 2008)! This is a strange concept when you consider the details. Many people may wonder why the real estate agent for the bank did not list the house for sale more money. This shows just how much these banks need to unload their inventory of foreclosed homes. We are here to help them do so! This can not be “HomeRun solutions, but these types of transactions to keep my business running every day. These gains can not be any easier to make money. I just walked inside the house several times! I do not invest a single dollar in property. The best part, I have the opportunity to do more such deals a year away from all the other niche real estate investing that I use.
