Manufactured Home With the Advanced Technology
The Manufactured home pertains to a home, which to a great extent is fabricated in a factory. It has standard dimensions and specifications and is capable to be produced by mass production in the factory, with relatively less labor and material cost. It can be transported to any location in the form of standard ready to fit walls, windows, doors and roofing etc., which are fabricated specifying to a standard model design.
All the walls, windows, doors forming part of the prefabricated home are put to gather and fastened with nuts and bolts, which can be erected at any site at much less cost almost instantaneously.
If after use for some period, there is requirement to shift the house, it is unassembled and the constituting parts can be transported to the new site and erected there within a short time.
A manufactured home is one that is constructed almost entirely in a factory. The house is placed on a steel chassis and transported to the building site. The wheels can be removed but the chassis stays in place.
Manufactured home with the advanced technology can be as big as you want. The local housing codes do not apply in case of manufactured homes although they are governed by federal laws to look after safety aspects of manufactured homes.
